Where it began
When CEO Walker Mattox founded Gray Solutions, he set out to shake up an industry that relies too heavily on inside-the-box thinking. Fast forward to today, and we’re a thriving system integrator who is revolutionizing business for our customers and ourselves.

Our Solutioneers are at the top of their fields, and they come to work each day like kids in a candy store, powered by their insatiable hunger to shatter boundaries. They’re curious, creative, and ambitious, whether they’re designing a new production process for red sorghum by day or brewing the next great IPA at night. We're pumped that these extraordinary individuals choose to work at Gray Solutions, where passion and ingenuity reign supreme.
My most memorable team experience was finally getting to visit a jobsite in Ireland after more than two years of remote work. We got to meet people we had been working with for a long time, foster new relationships with partners, and make countless memories (plus the Guinness just tastes better).
